The company I.W.U.   • data from contact forms is retained for a maximum of 12 months after the request has been handled, unless another business or contractual relationship is established,
  • data necessary to fulfil contractual and legal obligations is retained for the period required by applicable legal regulations,
  • server logs are retained for the period necessary to ensure the operation and security of the website, usually for a maximum of 6 months, unless special circumstances require longer retention,
  • analytical data processed through Google Analytics is retained according to the Google Analytics service settings, usually for a maximum of 14 months,
  • cookies are retained according to their type and the validity period specified in the cookie banner settings.

As a data subject, you have the following rights in connection with the processing of personal data:

  • right of access to personal data,
  • right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data,
  • right to erasure of personal data,
  • right to restriction of processing,
  • right to data portability,

  • right to withdraw consent if the processing is based on consent,
  • right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

13. Right to withdraw consent
